20min seated yoga classes with University of Glasgow Sport, various.
The team from University of Glasgow Sport will run four short seated yoga classes for you to enjoy. Perfect for those who spend a lot of time at a desk!
Each session will last approximately 20mins.
Session 1: 6.00pm to 6.30pm
Session 2: 6.30pm to 7.00pm
Session 3: 7.00pm to 7.30pm
Session 4: 7.30 to 8.00pm
