Desk phones have been replaced by Teams Voice, with the exception of reception and common area phones.

Mobile phones

How to order:

Provide the following details:

  • Name of mobile phone user and mobile phone model
  • Project codes for hardware costs and for running costs

Crichton Campus uses a cloud based system called Horizon Collaborate. Incoming and outgoing calls are handled through software for PC, Mac and Android/iOS devices.

Access

Access will be set up for you and you will receive your username and password via email.

Use these credentials to sign in.

Training

Headsets

Mac, PC and laptop users require a headset, which will be made available to you on-site.
