Research title: Wellbeing and the Post Pandemic Employment Relationship

Research Summary

My PhD research focuses on how employees in Scotland's Further Education sector develop their wellbeing capability, how this is supported or challenged by organisational or sectoral factors affecting the employment relationship, and whether individual conceptualisations of wellbeing have altered as a result of the pandemic experience.

As an experienced HR professional and senior leader, I also maintain my interests in:

  • Organisational Behaviour
  • Leadership
  • Human Resource Management
  • Employment Relations

I am interested in connecting with peers and colleagues researching in these topics.
