PROJECTS THAT HIGHLIGHT COLLEGIAL LEADERSHIP
Celebrating those who shape positive research cultures through their everyday actions of care, collegilaity, support and inclusion.

InFrame’s projects collect, recognise and celebrate everyday examples of collegial research leadership, from supervisors and PGRs to research staff, PIs, and professional services colleagues. They:
- Highlight actions that create positive research environments.
- Show how leadership at all levels helps others to thrive.
- Help build a broader, more inclusive understanding of research leadership.
Inspired by the University of Glasgow’s 'People Make Research' project, this initiative now runs across Glasgow, Edinburgh, and St Andrews recognising and celebrating leadership that supports a positive culture.
