Drawing on their ESRC-funded project ‘Public Service Media and the Digital Challenge: Purpose, Value and Funding’, Gillian Doyle (PI), Raymond Boyle (CoI) and Kenny Barr (RA) provided a submission to the Scottish Parliament's  inquiry highlighting the vital importance of a robust system of PSM provision in ensuring the societal cohesion and national security and in supporting the creative economy.
